Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped either the day we receive payment or the next business day. We ship Monday-Friday, and in most cases, if  your order is received by 3:00 P.M. EST, it will be shipped the same day.  When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number included.  
A small handling fee of .75 is also included in the total shipping price.
U. S. Shipping options & estimated delivery times:
Media Mail: All Media Mail orders include delivery confirmation.  Delivery time is approximately 8 days depending on your location.
First Class Mail: For orders of 1-3 CD's or 1-2 7" records. First Class Mail is not available for LP's or orders of more than 3 CD's.  Delivery time is approximately 3-5 days depending on your location.
Priority Mail: All Priority Mail orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.  Please note that although the Post Office advertises a 2 to 3 day delivery time for Priority Mail, this time is an estimate only - and actual delivery time can vary by several days.
International orders:  
Packages up to 4 lbs are shipped First Class International.  Orders over 4 lbs go out First Class Priority. Usually packages sent outside the US will get to their destination in about 3 weeks. You may also choose to have your order shipped via Global Express which will shorten your delivery time to approximately 7 days.  The delivery estimate on international orders varies based on postal conditions that are out of our control.  

Privacy & Security
Privacy: We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address or any other personal information to anyone under any circumstances.
Security: All orders placed through the Slovenly shopping cart can be made using secure server software. It encrypts all of your information, including your credit card number, name, address and phone number, so that it cannot be read by anyone else on the Internet.

Returns & Replacements
We only except returns if we sent the wrong item or if there is a manufactured defect in a new record. We will not accept a return if you don't like the music.  If you've received the wrong item or discovered a defect, please contact us right away at this address: orders@slovenly.com.
Ordering
Using our secure shopping cart system is the fastest and easiest way to order. Simply click the "add" button next to an item, and it will be added to your cart. When you're ready to check out, just click "proceed to checkout," and you'll be prompted to enter your billing
Payment Methods
Payment options are as follows: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, and many country-specific options that will present themselves at checkout.
Viewing Orders
You will receive a copy of your order by email. If you create one, you can also log in to your Slovenly account to view your order.
